What We're Looking For: We’re looking for a driven, hospitality-focused Taproom Manager who is passionate about craft beer and creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has management experience, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and confident overseeing daily operations, staff performance, inventory, and events while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere in the taproom.
Required Qualifications:
Must be 21 or older
2–5 years of management experience in a similar industry preferred
Must be available to work flexible hours based on taproom operations and business needs
Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day
Reliable transportation to and from work

Brewer
What We're Looking For: We’re looking for a dedicated, hardworking brewer who is passionate about craft beer and committed to quality in every batch. The ideal candidate has brewing experience, a strong understanding of brewing processes and sanitation standards, and takes pride in consistency and attention to detail. You’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a team in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.

Cellarperson
What We're Looking For: We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cellarman who takes pride in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our beer tasting its best. The ideal candidate understands proper beer handling, keg maintenance, cleaning protocols, and quality control standards. You’re organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a production-focused environment where consistency, sanitation, and teamwork are essential.

TAPROOM KITCHEN STAFF
What We're Looking For: We’re hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join our taproom kitchen. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where consistency, cleanliness, and a strong work ethic matter. Responsibilities include dishwashing, food prep, working in the BBQ market area, and operating the grill and fry station. You’ll play an important role in delivering quality food and keeping kitchen operations running smoothly. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are reliable, responsible, and eager to learn.
